Shipping and Sales Tax
All orders are shipped UPS ground. We usually ship the next business day and the packages take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive. However, due to an extremely busy season this spring please expect 5 to 14 days before your order is shipped. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you at time of shipping.(More information below, in the FAQ).

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Ohio, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Ohio, US.

At Shaw Creek General Store, you take advantage of our direct relationship with the manufacturers. We bring you their best products via the internet, and they ship those products directly to your door. This completely eliminates the retail store, and all those costly retail "overhead" markups are gone forever!

How "up to date" are your products?
The products we sell are always the newest models and latest updates. We update our site with the latest products as they become available from the manufacturer.

What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the costs charged to us by the manufacturer (shipping & handling) to deliver the product directly to you from their warehouse. All products are shipped via UPS Ground.

When should I expect delivery?
All orders are shipped UPS ground. Virtually all our products are shipped the next business day. However, due to an extremely busy season this spring please expect 5 to 14 days before your order is shipped. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you at time of shipping. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, is from three to seven business days.

What if I need warranty service?
Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We must charge a 25% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is responsible for return shipping. How safe is my credit card information?
When you buy from The Shaw Creek General Store, your credit card purchase is processed in real time through Yahoo's secure servers. Then your order is encrypted before being sent to Shaw Creek General Store. Your card couldn't be safer!
